What movie has a therapist scene where the therapist 'loses it' or has some kind of breakdown?

Can anyone think of a movie that has a scene where a therapist loses
their cool, or has some kind of breakdown (or some other problem
related to being burned out, tired, etc)? I'm not much of a movie
buff....thanks in advance!
