Name of an old movie?

I think it was an old irish comedy about a young man who inherits his
uncles irish castle and when he comes over, all the staff and
relatives try to frighten him away with tales of a ghost, as they know
there are some hidden jewels in the castle. One particular scene that
sticks in my mind is an old eccentric aunt called Rosa who sits in on
of those royal chairs that servants carry them around in. Its around
the time of late 50's and Im not sure if its even in black and white.
