Can someone help me with the name of this movie?

I can't remember the name of the movie but I think it was a horror
movie. I remember a scene where a guy cuts off his hand because it was
evil and possessed and it shows another scene where the hand walks on
it's own and then sharpens its fingers with a electronic pencil
sharpener.

Does anyone know what the movie is called?

I don't think it's from Evil Dead because they don't have a scene in
the movie where the hand sharpens its fingers.
